Guided by the principles of Mahatma Gandhi, the Gandhi Centre for Gramin Bharat Vikas and Adhyayan is dedicated to advancing rural development through research, innovation, and community action. The Centre focuses on sustainable agriculture, rural livelihoods, local governance, and the revitalisation of village industries, integrating Gandhian ideals with contemporary rural development strategies. Its initiatives include action research projects, capacity-building workshops, and policy advocacy, all aimed at fostering self-reliant, resilient, and equitable rural communities. By bridging the gap between tradition and modernity, the Centre works to create a model of rural development that is both socially just and environmentally sustainable.
