Centers

Kashi Foundation, envisioned as an intellectual and practitioner-driven forum and guided by some of India’s most distinguished academicians and thought leaders, has been committed since its inception to establishing dedicated academic and research centres in honour of great Indian personalities. These centres serve as platforms for knowledge generation, field-based research, and applied developmental projects.

In 2019, the Foundation established the following centres:

  • Shiv – Internal and Natural Way of Development Centre
  • Buddhist Research and Tourism Area Promotion Centre
  • Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya Centre for Indic Knowledge and Educational Renaissance
  • Vasudev Sharan Agrawal Centre for Cultural Studies

In 2020, the Trustees decided to expand this initiative by founding:

  • Bhagwan Birsa Munda Tribal Research and Development Centre
  • Atithi Devo Bhava Tourism Research Centre

In 2021, the Foundation further established the:

  • Ganga River Study and Analysis Centre

In 2022, two additional centres were added:

  • NaMo Viksit Bharat Research Centre
  • Gandhi Centre for Gramin Bharat Vikas and Adhyayan

These academic centres reflect the Foundation’s multidisciplinary mandate and its commitment to India’s intellectual, cultural, and developmental renaissance. They continue to undertake research, policy studies, and project implementation across diverse thematic areas.
