- To develop and propose culturally embedded models of development and public policy, integrating traditional wisdom with contemporary technological and institutional innovations.
- To contribute to grassroots development through participatory action research, community engagement, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at strengthening local governance and social capital.
- To formulate model institutional frameworksfor public service delivery, policy innovation, and knowledge-based social transformation in alignment with India’s constitutional and developmental goals.
- To support sustainable religious and cultural tourism, by designing and promoting models that foster economic development while preserving the sanctity and ecological balance of heritage sites.
- To function as a knowledge platform that bridges academic scholarship, public policy, and civil society engagement, thereby fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.
- To align its research, advisory, and outreach activities with the national vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047, contributing to India’s transformation into a self-reliant, inclusive, and culturally conscious modern republic.
- To disseminate knowledge and best practices through seminars, policy dialogues, workshops, publications, and digital media, with the aim of informing public discourse and influencing evidence-informed policymaking.
